A luxurious combination which starts with layering and then rolling fruitcake pecan gelato and gingerbread cookie dough gelato in our light chocolate sponge cake giving our customers a choice of two flavours in one gelato cake. The rolled gelato cake is then coated with Chocolate Butter Cream and decorated.
