The MOQ for free deliveries varies by area and distance. Shipping is auto-calculated when you enter your postcode at checkout. General guidelines are: 1) W.P. Kuala Lumpur / Petaling Jaya RM100.00 2) W.P. Putrajaya / Cyberjaya / Serdang / Klang RM150.00 3) Subang / Puchong / Shah Alam / Seri Kembangan / Jenjarom RM100.00

Whenever possible, delivery is carried out by our own cold transport to ensure the quality of the products. If Third Party Delivery Partners are used, we provide an insulated aluminum bag and dry ice pack free of charge. Orders are delivered within 2 to 3 working days if placed before the 3 pm daily cut-off time. Delivery times are between 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. For same-day delivery or other specific delivery times, please contact us for availability before purchasing.

Select Self Pick Up option in your Cart before checking out. Once we receive your Order, our staff shall contact you with Collection Details. We shall include insulated aluminium bag and dry ice pack FOC.

The ice cream will remain solid for at least 1 hour before it begins to soften. If you are planning a longer journey for self-pickup, please leave a note at checkout to inform us.
