Delivery is done where possible is done by our own cold transport as we place great importance on the quality of the products reaching you. Where Third Party Delivery Partners are used, we shall include insulated aluminum bag and dry ice pack FOC. The Order shall be delivered to you between 2 to 3 working days as long as your order is made before the 3pm cut off time daily. Delivery times shall between 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. If you would like a same day delivery, or delivery other than the above day/time stated, kindly contact us for availability before making purchase.

The Ice Cream will last a minimum of 1 hour before starting to soften. If are doing a self pick up and planning to travel a longer distance, send us a Note to advise us at Check Out.

MOQ for Free Deliveries are set according to area and distances. Shipping is auto-calculated when you enter postcode at check out. Rough guidelines are as follows:- 1) W.P. As a Registered Manufacturer, it is mandatory for us to collect the 5% Sales & Service Tax implemented by the the Government. SST is only charged on ice cream product and not on Delivery Charges.

Yes our products are Halal Certified by JAKIM. If we run limited edition flavours, ingredients used are similar to those that used are in our other products that are already certified Halal / are ingredients certified Halal by Jakim / by approved Halal Certification body by JAKIM

Our Sorbettos (Water based ice cream / sorbets) are a good Vegan option. They are produced with only Water, Fruits / Chocolate, Sugar.
