We started with our salted caramel gelato base and blended in our in house made roasted macadamia nut paste. We didn't stop there, more roasted macadamia nuts were folded in to give that extra crunch.
INGREDIENT: Water, Sugar, Milk, Full Cream Milk, Dairy cream, Macadamia Nut Paste, Skim Milk Powder, Dextrose, Macadamia Nut Caramel Paste, Salt, Permitted plant based Stabilizers & Emulsifiers.

As we endeavour to produce gelato orders on just in time basis to maintain freshness, we require 2 - 3 business days lead time for pick up or delivery, however you may request same day delivery subject to availability of stock.
