A delicate sorbet to have at the end of a heavy meal or as a palate cleanser between meal courses. The yuzu's fruit flavour is sweet, tart and slightly bitter which closely resembles that of the grapefruit, with overtones of mandarin orange & lemon.
INGREDIENT: Filtered water, Sugar, Honey Citron Paste, Permitted plant based Stabilizers & Emulsifiers, Lemon juice, Dextrose
